What we do

Four green and grey circles which contain words: believe, support, collaborate, participate

At GLOW, we believe ALL children can achieve in maths – no matter what their background, experience, or individual needs.

However, we know that building understanding across the classroom, and enabling every student to feel and believe that they can do maths, can be challenging.

We’re passionate about maths and about improving the enjoyment, achievement, and participation in mathematics for all. We’re here to support and develop all teachers, schools and learners to build greater understanding, confidence and a ‘can do’ attitude to maths.

We offer programmes and support to over 600 schools across the GLOW region of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.

This year, we’re working with almost 1000 education professionals – participating in, or delivering, around 100 individual Work Groups and Maths hub activities.
