I am deeply reflective and care about maths subject knowledge, maths subject-specific pedagogy and pedagogy per se, in equal measure.
I have a passion for teaching and learning more broadly and have a keen interest in how all aspects of teaching and learning can interplay with maths teaching and learning.
I also champion high-quality professional development and have a keen interest in how we can maximise professional development in the mechanisms we use.
