I have been teaching for over 30 years in both Birmingham and Worcestershire. My teaching experience is in KS2 having taught from Years 3 to 6. I have had a passion for maths from an early age and that inevitably led to a passion for teaching maths. I have led maths in three of the four schools I have worked at.  I have thoroughly enjoyed leading the subject and now lead maths at a First School and Nursery in Bromsgrove. My work as an LLME is an extension of my passion, in a role I really enjoy. Teaching for Mastery is the initiative I have truthfully seen make the most significant difference during my career. (And I have seen a lot of initiatives.)
