I have always had a passion for teaching mathematics and have been maths lead at my setting for nearly ten years. In this time I have completed the MaST (Mathematics Specialist Teacher) programme as well as changed my pedagogy for the better after being a participant teacher in a Teaching for Mastery Development work group before becoming a mastery specialist as well.
