He is a passionate Maths Lead with over 15 years of experience in primary education, having worked in schools in Leeds and Gloucestershire. Ed is a firm advocate for professional development, believing that every teacher has the opportunity to grow and refine their skills. He is committed to creating collaborative environments where educators can share best practice and strives to ensure that teachers and students can access the highest quality of maths education. As a Mastery Specialist with the NCETM for six years, he has played a key role in the Teaching for Mastery initiative, advocating deep understanding in maths and providing educators with essential tools and strategies.
