Having taught in Croydon at the start of her career, Jenny moved to the GLOW region in 2014 to become Assistant Head of Maths at Chipping Campden School. Since joining the GLOW team, Jenny has completed her Secondary Mastery Specialist training and is an accredited Professional Development Lead.  

Jenny is a firm believer in the power of collaboration, both within and between schools, having seen the benefits through her work on the Year 5-8 Continuity and Teaching for Mastery programmes.  

Core Maths is another of Jenny's passions and, alongside her work with GLOW, Jenny is a Core Maths Specialist Lead with the AMSP working nationally to help schools launch and develop their Core Maths provision.
