Tim was appointed as one of GLOW’s Assistant Maths Hub Leads (Primary) in 2024. He has previously worked in primary schools across Gloucestershire for over 20 years, including as a Headteacher. Before working for GLOW, Tim was a participant on the TfM journey with two different schools as a Maths Lead – he was able to see the hugely positive impact this had on children’s attainment and love of maths. This fostering of a love of maths is at the centre of Tim’s work and he is passionate about supporting others in the GLOW region to help all pupils achieve success in maths. Tim also works in the GLOW Operations Team and enjoys developing IT systems to support the Hub’s work.
